ERS Engineering Corp. presents new Cut-to-Length and Slitting Line

ERS Engineering Corp., together with ZMM Pobeda S.A., are pleased to present new Cut-To-Length Lines and Slitting Lines built to customer specification.

Combined Cut-To-Length & Slitting Line consist, but are not limited to, of a Decoiler, Feeder-Straightener together with a Slitting Head, Shear Guillotine and Sheet Receiving Table (for sheet or card stacking). It is a line of choice. For quality stack building, we are offering individual stacking solutions. Our combined Cut-To-Length & Slitting Lines offer a wide range of options: starting with precision machinery for metals as thin as 0.40 mm up to equipment to process 1500 x 2.50 mm steel. To make the flexibility perfect, an additional Re-winder with Strips Brake may be integrated in the Cut-To-Length & Slitting Line to also allow production of custom-made small-size coils.

We are offering three types of processing systems: Slitting Lines to fabricate a number (up to 5) of small (narrower) coils from one master coil; Cut-To-Length Lines to fabricate a number of plate material sizes (up to 6 m long and weighing up to 2.5 metric tons), and Winding Lines to unwind and rewind coils (up to 10 metric tons) for a centrally positioned work center.

Our lines have advantages over competitors, such as:

• easy replacement and repositioning of blades with holders,
• processing of coils weighing up to 10 metric tons, and, per customer special request, up to 15 metric tons,
• longer sheets making it possible to save floor space for storage,
• cost savings per ton,
• the state-of-the-art control technology ensuring the highest level of consistency to meet the customers’ demands.

In the last 15 years, we have sold similar lines to companies in Greece, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Netherland and Russia. At present, we are beginning to offer our machines for the North American market.
